These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbdd ("hbdd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hbdd website accessible at hbdd.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and account-related services.

By accessing the hbdd platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hbdd platform.

hbdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the hbdd platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

hbdd operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports wagering, and related services to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using hbdd is lawful in your jurisdiction before you do so. hbdd makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in all locations.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with hbdd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms that may be communicated to you separately. Those documents form part of the overall agreement between you and hbdd.

The hbdd platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account on hbdd, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. hbdd operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an hbdd account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of account activity.
• You are registering as a private individual and not as a representative of any business or gambling syndicate.
• You have not previously been excluded from hbdd, either voluntarily or by hbdd's own decision, under an active exclusion period.
• You are not accessing hbdd from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you take full responsibility for ensuring that your use of hbdd complies with local laws.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party when placing wagers or making financial transactions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of hbdd or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

hbdd may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by hbdd may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of hbdd services, you must create a registered player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

Upon registration, you will be required to create a secure password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hbdd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify hbdd support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. hbdd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal from your hbdd account is processed. KYC verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. hbdd processes KYC documents promptly and treats all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on hbdd — including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbdd supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as published on the platform from time to time.

hbdd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through local Bangladesh mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). However, your individual mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges, which are your responsibility. Visa and Mastercard transactions may be subject to fees as disclosed at the point of transaction.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on hbdd:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. hbdd reserves the right to require this for fraud prevention purposes.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is completed.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Suspicious transactions: hbdd reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

hbdd is committed to the principle that player funds deposited for the purpose of gaming are ring-fenced from hbdd's operational funds. Player Taka balances are maintained separately and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms at all times.

hbdd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day, Victory Day, BPL cricket season, and IPL.

Every bonus offered by hbdd is subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the point the bonus is offered. These terms include, but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirement: The number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 of qualifying wagers must be placed.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and specific slots may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 10%). Game contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Expiry period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after a defined period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: When a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳500 (or the equivalent in any game denomination) unless otherwise stated. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap is stated in the individual bonus terms.

hbdd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in progress. Changes to active bonus terms that are detrimental to the player will not be applied retroactively to bonuses already credited to the player's account.

hbdd's game library includes casino slots, live dealer tables, crash games (including Aviator and Mines), Bingo Fishing, sports betting markets, and other instant games. Each game category and individual title is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real-money stakes.

All casino games on hbdd use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment under the oversight of licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbdd and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the hbdd platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not have been generated under normal game operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be deducted from the account.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or hbdd staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by hbdd.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the hbdd platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.

hbdd maintains comprehensive logs of all game rounds, bet placements, and account activity. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the hbdd platform's server-side records are considered definitive. Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact hbdd support at [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed event.

hbdd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if hbdd reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, operated multiple accounts, provided false registration information, or conducted activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In cases of account suspension for investigation, hbdd will notify the player via the registered email address within 72 hours of the suspension being applied, explaining the reason for the action and the steps required to resolve it. Pending withdrawals may be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, all withheld funds will be released promptly.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hbdd support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

Upon permanent account closure (whether voluntary or by hbdd), all associated data will be retained in accordance with hbdd's Privacy Policy for the period required by applicable law, after which it will be securely deleted. hbdd will not reopen permanently closed accounts.

hbdd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While hbdd makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond hbdd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages in Bangladesh, power failures, or third-party service provider failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbdd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbdd specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the hbdd platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Technical failures of third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• Any change in the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction that renders your use of hbdd non-compliant with local law.
• Errors in published odds or game information caused by data feed errors, provided that hbdd takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes hbdd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable Bangladeshi law.
